Short Training Resulted to Longer Satisfaction
There is a construction happening in our house right now and it is for putting a third and fourth floor for the house. We have been planning this for a long time now and we are just so happy that we were able to have the construction started. I just thought that I had to know about the occupational safety and health act because they are doing the construction of my house and I thought it would be the most responsible thing to do. I took OSHA 10 since I only have a few time for myself and I was actually surprised what ten hours have actually made me because the 10 hour training was able to make me realize and understand more on the importance of safety at work. I thought that in order for me to not worry too much if something happens to the workers, I had to talk to the company itself to see if they have enough safety regulations. It also helped me realize my rights in my work. I am an engineer for my company and I usually work in construction sites as well. It basically made me aware of the rights that I have and the additional important things that I should know regarding safety.
